The study of Humanities - History, Geography, Civics and Commerce - prepares students to be active global citizens who can think critically, solve problems and use technology in new and innovative ways.

Over the course of Years 8 and 9, students must select at least two Humanities units.  The Level C units are designed to help students to begin to specialise in their studies and the units at Level D are designed to prepare them for study at VCE level.  In order to gain entry to a Humanities unit at Level D a student must have completed at least one Humanities unit at level C.
