<b>Unit 1: Food origins </b><br>Cultural and historical perspectives of food production and consumption including the development of agriculture and horticulture in Australia. Indigenous Australian Food, impact of migration and contemporary food influences. <br><br><b>Unit 2:Food makers</b><br> Food industry trends and issues, food production and processing, planning and managing meals and food safety.
