How do I create theatre that is eclectic and innovative? What skills do I need for VCE Drama and Theatre Studies?

Students will learn how to strengthen their skills in performance through exploration of known acting techniques (Stanislavski, Laban etc.) Students will also refine their application of dramatic elements, production areas, styles and conventions to devised and scripted theatre in a whole class, ensemble and solo capacity.

The aim is for students to refine their;

� Performance skills and knowledge of acting styles

� Playmaking techniques to create performances that are imaginative and innovative

� Capacity to lead and reflect critically on their own creative processes.
