Yr 10 Art: Photo-Print-Paint

A 2D visual art subject that focuses on helping you extend your printmaking, photography and painting skills. You will explore each art form in depth and conduct personal inquiries into each art form to prepare for VCE Art Making and Exhibiting.

This subject is designed to elevate your skills and hone your techniques to become artistic specialists! You will focus on painting, photography and printmaking throughout the semester. It will be inquiry based for you to develop your investigative skills and dig deep into how each art form works. Each skill is underpinned by drawing and developing ideas.

Photography:

•Advanced photoshop skills

•DSLR cameras

•Lighting studio

•Cyanotypes

•Chemigrams (in the dark room)

Printmaking:

•Lino printing

•Screen printing

Painting:

•Acrylic painting

•Oil painting
